Located in the Hilton district of Athens, this two-bedroom apartment underwent a complete renovation to accommodate both long-term and short-term living.

The project’s aim was to create a calm retreat in the heart of the city, combining modern comfort with an atmosphere of serenity. The design redefines the residence as a flexible, welcoming base, where natural textures and refined details compose a timeless interior.

Natural materials, and especially wood, set the tone throughout the apartment. Bespoke furniture pieces and warm flooring establish continuity and warmth, while plaster details and custom built-in elements introduce layers of subtle character.

Carefully considered lighting design enhances comfort and creates a soothing ambiance, while also highlighting the tactile qualities of the materials and surfaces.

Decorative objects, artworks, and elegant fixtures complete the composition, lending personality without excess.

The result is a contemporary apartment that balances practicality with understated elegance. It offers a quiet and comfortable base within the vibrant fabric of Athens — an Athenian apartment conceived as both a sanctuary of ease and a refined setting for modern urban life.
